The Big E is a wonderful and exhausting adventure each Fall – we have a lot of fun seeing so many of our customers and meeting new ones!

And it’s exhausting creating and running two new stores for seventeen days. We couldn’t do it without the wonderful energy of our regular staff – Debbie, Dana and Judy. And our special Big E staff – Kate, Kaitlyn, Billie, my daughter Paige and my husband Jeff.

And, this year, we really “flew in the support troops” – my sister-in-law, June, came all the way from Atlanta to work with us for the entire seventeen days! And two of Paige’s friends from college came to help as well – Allison came in from Boston and Lauren came from Rhode Island.

So, now that’s it’s over and we’ve almost unpacked and reorganized everything, I wanted to take a moment to say “Thank You” to everyone. Thank you, to all of our customers – as always, we appreciate your business! And, thank you, to our staff -  it was great to work with all of you and we couldn’t have done it without you!
