As we first told you last summer, we’ve sold over a million flags, mailbox covers, mats and other outdoor decorative art products over the years – but we seldom get to see the many creative ways you display them at your homes, and in your gardens and outdoor settings.
So, it seemed a fitting way to celebrate the beginning of this new Summer with a new contest:
Our 2010 Summer Design Contest is Over but watch for another one in a few months!
All our contests are easy to enter – just send us an original digital photo of your favorite outdoor setting with either individual, or a combination of, flags, yard art pieces, mailbox covers and/or doormats. Your photographs can be taken at your own home, with your own design ideas, or at someone else’s home whose designs inspire you.
We posted the top entry photos here, on our blog, from our most recent contest for everyone to see and then selected and then announced our favorite designs on Monday, July 19th, 2010. The winner received a $250 Flag Fables Gift Certificate and the three runners up each received a $100 Flag Fables Gift Certificate.
Thank you, again, to everyone who entered and sent me photographs of your best, most favorite design work. The entries we received for this contest were absolutely wonderful and we’re proud to post them to our Web sites for your friends and colleagues to see.

Contest Rules:
1. Email up to 3 original photographs of your favorite outdoor art design along with your address & phone number to me wendy@flagfables.com by midnight. We’d love to see & share your current seasonal ideas, but you can submit settings from any season.
2. All photographs must include either an individual flag, mailbox cover, yard art display, door mat or some combination of them.
3. All photographs become property of Flag Fables and we reserve the right to use them for promotional purposes like posting them to our Web sites.
4. Limit one entry per family.
5. If the same home setting is entered more than once, and that setting wins, the first photograph submitted will be the winner.
6. Photographs previously submitted are not eligible for this new contest and will be disqualified if entered.
7. No purchase necessary.

Adding Flag Fables decorative flags to the front of your home says “Welcome” to those who visit or drive by. I like to decorate with items featured on the flags to bring the whole decorative feel together. Flags let you show your personality and lend some color to your home. Glad you’re in business!
